Ticketing & Race Access

  • The 2025 Las Vegas Grand Prix will take place November 20-23 on the Las Vegas Strip.

  • Your OTTR package includes a 3-day Grandstand pass located in the T-Mobile Sphere Grandstands

  • Mobile passes will be distributed once tickets have been released by the promoter.

  • You pass allows access to all the race sessions which you can enjoy at your leisure. Our hotel has a direct connection to the Sphere zone which makes for easy accessibility.

  • The supplement for single occupancy is $1,000 for a private room.

  • Yes, if you would like to arrange for your own race tickets we are happy to offer the package without tickets included.

Hotel & Hospitality

  • The Palazzo which is apart of the Venetian Resort

  • Check-in begins Thursday, November 20 at 3 pm.

    If arriving earlier in the day the hotel is happy to store your luggage until your room is ready. We can also request for an earlier check-in on your behalf.

  • Check-out is Sunday, November 23 at 11 am.

    Please be in touch if you would like to extend your stay by a few hours or a few days, we would be happy to arrange this for you.

  • You will enjoy access to a Luxury Suite category bedroom featuring:

    • Choice of King Size or 2 Queen Sized beds

    • Distinct Living Room Space

    • Full-size sleeper-sofa

    • Roman Tub

    All rooms come with standard in-room amenities such as a safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, and work space.

    You will also have access to all of the resort amenities including the Canyon Ranch Gym & Wellness Center.

  • The OTTR package includes:

    You will also have access to the OTTR hospitality suite where you will find snacks and drinks available throughout the weekend

  • Yes, the circuit offers a variety of food and beverage options available for purchase - including alcoholic beverages.

  • Yes, we are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies; Please indicate any restrictions when submitting your traveler profile and we will be in touch directly to confirm.

    Please know that we cannot guarantee that dietary restrictions can be accommodated at the circuit.

Excursions & Transportation

  • We recommend arriving in Las Vegas by Noon on Thursday, November 20.

    As the Palazzo is located within the boundaries of the circuit, there will be temporary road closures when cars are on track.

    One the full circuit schedule has been released we can advise on timings for the closure and alternative access points.

  • Our Welcome Cocktail Party begins at 6 pm on Thursday, November 20

  • Las Vegas is easily accessible on foot. The Palazzo provides convenient connections to the Sphere grandstands as well as the adjoining properties where we have organized meals & activities.

    Flights to Las Vegas and airport transfers are not included in the package.

  • Las Vegas is conveniently serviced by a major international airport: Harry Reid International Airport (LAS).

    If driving to Las Vegas, the hotel offers self parking ($20 per day) or valet parking ($40 per day) for hotel guests.
