Itinerary & Excursions

  • The Motor Valley Sprint Itinerary begins Monday, September 7 in Milan and ends on Thursday, September 10 in Bologna

    The itinerary takes place the days between the 2026 Italian Grand Prix and Spanish Grand Prix.

  • The itinerary begins on Monday, September 7 at 10 am in Milan with a tour followed by lunch.

    We will meet at central meeting point in Milan where secure luggage storage will be available as we enjoy our tour and lunch.

  • Our program will end around 3pm on Thursday, September 10 in Bologna’s city center

    If carrying on to the Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid, there is a direct flight to Madrid that departs Bologna at 7pm

  • The OTTR package includes:

    • Welcome Lunch & Dinner

    • Lunch at Cavallino in Maranello

    • Gastronomic Lunch in Parma

    • Lunch at the Pasta-Making Course

    • Nightly Aperitivo

    • Daily Breakfast

  • Transportation to all excursions and activities is included.

    Flights, Trains or Airport transfers are not included in the package.

  • There is a supplement cost of €TBD for single occupancy.

  • This package begins Monday, September 7 and does not include race tickets to the Italian or Spanish Grand Prix.

    We would be happy to assist with sourcing tickets on your behalf and organizing additional hotel nights.

Hotel & Hospitality

  • We will be staying at Locanda La Concia located in the histroical center of Reggio Emilia, Italy.

  • If you choose to arrive separately from the group, check-in begins at 2pm on Monday, September 7.

    If you arrive prior to check-in, the hotel will store your luggage until your room is ready.

  • Each room features geneous double beds, walk-in showers and complimentary Grown Alchemist bath products.

    All rooms come with standard in-room amenities such as a safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, air-conditioning and complimentary tea & coffee.

    Due to the nature of the property, each room is entirely unique and there are small variances from room to room.

  • Yes, we are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies; Please indicate any restrictions when submitting your traveler profile and we will be in touch directly to confirm.

  • Milan is serviced by several international airports: Malpensa (MXP), Linate (LIN), and Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY). The main train station Milano Centrale has frequent high-speed rail connections to all major cities in Italy, as well as international connections.

  • Bologna is serviced by international airport (BLQ) and train station Bologna Centrale. Bologna has frequent high-speed rail connections to all major cities in Italy, including Milan

  • Yes, we would be happy to organize additional hotel nights on your behalf (pending property availability).
