Itinerary & Excursions

  • The Japan Itinerary begins Sunday, April 4 in Tokyo and ends on Monday, April 12 in Nagoya.

  • The itinerary begins on Sunday, April 4 with our welcome dinner in Tokyo.

  • The Japan package includes:

    • 6 Dinners & 1 Lunch

    • 2 Food Tours

    • Traditional Tea Ceremony

  • Transportation to all excursions and activities is included.

    Train transfers between Tokyo, Kyoto and Nagoya are included as well as luggage forwarding service between Tokyo and Nagoya.

    Arrival and Departure Flights or airport transfers are not included in the package.

  • There is a supplement cost of $2,250 for single occupancy.

  • A 3-day covered grandstand ticket is included in the package.

Hotel & Hospitality

  • We will be staying at the Hôtel Le Mareuil in Paris and The Deck Hotel in Nice.

  • Check-in begins at 3pm on Sunday, April 4.

    If arriving prior to check-in the hotel is happy to hold your luggage in the event your room is not ready.

  • At each hotel you will have a choice of a double bed or two single beds.

    All rooms come with standard in-room amenities such as a safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, air-conditioning and complimentary tea & coffee.

  • Yes, we are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies; Please indicate any restrictions when submitting your traveler profile and we will be in touch directly to confirm.

  • Tokyo is conveniently serviced by two major international airport (HND & NRT).

    For departures we suggest departing from Tokyo or Osaka. Airport transfers are not included but we would be happy to advise and assist with booking return train transportation.

  • The hotel in Tokyo can be easily accessed by official taxi, ride share services.

  • Yes, we would be happy to organize additional hotel nights on your behalf (pending property availability).
