Dubai & Abu Dhabi Grand Prix | FAQs

Ticketing & Race Access

  • The 2026 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will take place December 4-6 at the Yas Marina Circuit.

  • Your OTTR package includes a 3-day VIP Hospitality pass in the Yas West Suites.

    Your ticket includes all day catering and refreshments (alcohol available for purchase) as well as dedicated seat in the attached grandstand.

    Your ticket is inclusive of access to all post-race concerts and other experiences located on Yas Island.

  • We will distribute digital race tickets 1-2 weeks prior to the race once they are available from the race organizer.

  • Yes, your pass includes access to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Friday. If you would like to attend the practice sessions please notify us in advance so that we can ensure you have your credentials to enter the circuit.

  • The supplement for single occupancy is $1,700 USD

Hotel & Hospitality

  • In Dubai we will be staying at the SO/ Uptown

    In Abu Dhabi we will stay at the Aloft Abu Dhabi

  • Check-in begins Monday, November 30 at 3 pm.

    If arriving earlier in the day we can request an early check-in on your behalf and arrange to store your luggage at the hotel until your room is ready.

  • Check-out is Monday, December 7 at 12 noon.

    Please be in touch if you would like to extend your stay by a few hours or a few days, we would be happy to arrange this for you.

  • In Dubai you will enjoy a ‘SO/ Collection Room’ featuring:

    • King-Size or Two Double Beds

    • Rain Shower & Bathtub

    • Minibar with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages

    In Abu Dhabi you will enjoy access to a 'Aloft Guest Room’ featuring :

    • King-size, or Two Double beds

    • Walk-in rain shower

    • LCD TV with Chromecast

    Upgrades to other room categories are available for an additional fee.

    All rooms come with standard in-room amenities such as a safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, air-conditioning and complimentary tea & coffee.

    Breakfast is served daily in the hotel restaurant at both properties from 7am-11am.

  • Yes, we are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies; Please indicate any restrictions when submitting your traveler profile and we will be in touch directly to confirm.

    Please know that we cannot guarantee that dietary restrictions can be accommodated at the trackside hospitality.

Excursions & Transportation

  • The program formally begins on Monday, November 30 at 6.30 pm for Welcome Cocktails and Dinner at our hotel.

  • Transportation to all excursions, organized meals, transfers between Dubai & Abu Dhabi and daily roundtrip transfers to the track are included.

    Flights to Dubai/Abu Dhabi and airport transfers are not included in the package.

  • Dubai and Abu Dhabi can be reached by two major international airports: Zayed International Airport (AUH) and the Dubai International Airport (DXB)

  • We recommend taking a ride share service or taxi directly to the hotel from the airport.

    Travel time from the Zayed International Airport (AUH) to SO/ Uptown is approximately 60 minutes; Connections from Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately 30 minutes.

    If there is enough interest we would be happy to help organize return group transfers to the Dubai airport for an additional cost.
